Executive Director, Product and Project Development 

Amy C. Nehlsen is executive director, Product and Project Development, at Air Products. In this role, she has global responsibility for new business engineering and development for air separation, hydrogen/syngas, and specialty technologies. The Product and Project Development team is accountable for developing and deploying products, front end engineering, and the development of opportunities to enhance the execution and delivery of competitive products and projects.

Ms. Nehlsen joined Air Products in 2000 as part of the company’s Career Development Program. Since then, she has held various global and regional positions in the Air Separation, HyCO/Process Gases, and Standard Plants organizations. Ms. Nehlsen previously served as executive director of the Air Separation Product Line and as director of Business Development for Large Projects in the Americas. Her roles as manager of Air Separation Proposals and Product Development contributed to her extensive experience in air gases and hydrogen, business development, and customer relationship management, driving the company's growth and success.

Ms. Nehlsen holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University.
